1.Go to the official website of Inland Revenue Department(आन्तरिक राजस्वा विभाग) www.ird.gov.np
2. You can see the taxpayer option in the home page. Click the taxpayer, it is nearly above the bottom and below the Utilities of the home page.
3.You can see the “Registration (Pan,vat,excise) click and then again click on Application for Registration.
4. Set the user name and password yourself, also fill the contact number and email id and then tick the personal pan.After that you have to choose the office where you want to register. Finally click ok.
5.You will get submission number. Keep it safely. You need user name, password and submission number to login again.
6.Continue the process and then fill all the personal details of yours, you have to upload pp size photo, citizenship cards,etc.
7.If you have completed the form then submit and print one copy. You can take printed copy go the IRD office you have already chosen.
8. If you haven’t completed the form and do not know the all the requirements then click save. Your document is saved. When you get all the information you will login and can edit then the press send. Your document will be sent.
9.Go to the related IRD office and submit the printed copy.
10.The office will check your document and give you a pan card.
