This school announces the notice of scholarship in the month of Mangsir/Poush(December and January) of each year. And takes the exam in the month of Magh(January/February). The students who want to attend the scholarship exam should fulfill the following criteria.

• He/she must be studying currently in grade 3
• He/she should be below 10 years.
• He/she should be from poor and marginalized family.

Exam Date: 2077/10/04 (18, Jan 2020) Time: Morning 8:00 am in the above exam Centers. The application form can be download from the website of GBS

Entrance test will be of Nepali and Mathematics in Nepali medium. The total time for the written examination will be of about 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Requirements:

• The student must be currently reading in class 3.
• Age should not cross 10 years at the end of Chaitra 2076.
• Application form will be distributed at 8:00 a.m. from the related exam center. Or, you may download from the website of GBS.
•  Financial condition in the application form should be properly filled up in the application form.
• Recent 2 copies pp size photo, mark sheet of grade 3 where student is  currently studying.
• Recommendation letter from the school stating he/she is poor but intelligence student.
• Income source documents.
• A copy of birth certificate.
• Exam will be of Nepali and Mathematics in Nepali medium.
• Residents of Pokhara Mahanagarpalika ward no 16 and 19, if they wish to apply at local scholarship scheme, they must tick at local scholarship often. And they should submit their  permanent residential certificate of ward no 16 and 19.
